PRE ORDER

PRE ORDER

1.Pre-order items are items which are not ready in our store and needs to be ordered.
2.It will take about 10-14days for the items to arrive to us after the batch due date (Not your payment date).
3.Pre-order orders will be closed every 1st and 15th of each month.
4.We will require FULL PAYMENT before the due date.
5. Items will be sent to customers next working day once we receive the items.
6. Should your order consist of pre-order & ready stock items, we will wait for all items to be available before posting it out to you.(Unless customers are willing to pay the postage fee twice.)
7. If for any reason the items you have paid for is out of stock, we will refund the payment made
